The main objective of BKDG - 2021 is to develop smart innovative ideas for automating repetitive tasks in various sectors

Problem Statement

Problem Statement will be released on 05.09.2021

Rounds

Phase 1:

Abstract Submission Closes on 10.09.2021

Phase 2:

Participants who have qualified Phase 1 will be eligible to participate in this round.

This round will be held on 18.09.2021

In this round, the participants will be asked to submit a demo video which includes the procedure of the ideas and the softwares used in the project.

Shortlisted Participants will be notified through email.

Phase 3:

This round will be held on 19.09.2021

The finalists will be given 10 minutes (8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for viva)

Cash prizes will be awarded for the winners.

Event Details

RULES:

A team should contain a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members.

The team may also contain members from different department(s).

Once registered, the team members cannot be modified.

The Participants will be evaluated, shortlisted / eliminated and promoted to next rounds by the experts by using the above mentioned criteria.

The judgement made by the jury members will be final and would not be changed.

If any malpractices are found among the participants, the particular team will be disqualified.

Any registration /Document submission after the deadline will not be considered.

Every participant will receive a certificate of participation.

Cash prizes along with certificates will be awarded to the winners.
